300 ml apple juice, unsweetened
400 gm cheese, grated
1/2 tsp garlic, crushed
2 tsp cornflour
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbl kirsch
1/2 tsp paprika, sweet
1/10 tsp nutmeg
Instructions:
Instructions: Place the garlic, apple juice and lemon in the fondue pot and bring to the boil. Add the cheese and stir until melted and combined.

Mix cornflour and spices with Kirsch until dissolved, stir in and mix until thick.

Serve with bread for dipping.
