Instructions: Cut rind off the brie.
Dice roquefort. Melt the butter in fondue pot, add wine and brandy and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and whisk in the cheeses a little at a time until mixture is smooth and well blended. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Serve with bread for dipping. Email this Recipe:
