50 gm butter
1/2 cup white wine
1 tbl brandy
300 gm Roquefort cheese
300 gm brie
1/10 tsp nutmeg
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut rind off the brie.

Dice roquefort.

Melt the butter in fondue pot, add wine and brandy and bring to the boil.

Reduce heat and whisk in the cheeses a little at a time until mixture is smooth and well blended.

Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Serve with bread for dipping.
