Instructions: 1. Slice beef across the grain into very thin strips.
2. In a skillet over medium high heat, in hot oil, cook beef and garlic until beef is browned. Add onion. Cook 5 minutes, stirring often. 3. Stir in soup, water and soy sauce. Heat to boiling. Add broccoli, reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve over hot noodles. Makes 4 servings.
