Instructions: Put cereal, peanuts and pretzels in roasting pan. In Saucepan, boil rest of ingredients over medium heat 2 minutes. dont stir. Pour over cereal mixture and stir to coat. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes. Cool on foil lined tray.
