2 sm Ogen melons
250 gm Seedless white grapes, halved (8oz)
2 x Bananas, sliced
2 x Oranges, juice of
----------------- FOR THE SAUCE ----------------
125 gm Half-fat light cream cheese, (4oz)
Grated zest and juice of 1 orange
2 tbl Cointreau or other orange liqueur
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut the melons into quarters and scoop out the seeds.

Remove the skin and cut the melon into large chunks.

Place the melon in a glass bowl with the grapes and bananas.

Pour over the orange juice and mix well.

To make the sauce, put the cheese in a bowl and gradually beat in the orange juice, orange zest and liqueur.

Stir in the sugar and mix well. Serve with the fruit salad.
