1 cup flour
1 stk margarine or butter
1 cup nuts, finely chopped

1 cup whipped topping
1 cup confectioners sugar
8 oz cream cheese
----------------- LAYER THREE ----------------
2 pkt instant lemon pudding
3 cup milk
----------------- LAYER FOUR ----------------

Instructions: Layer One:
Melt butter in large coke pan in a 350 degree oven. When melted, mix in flour and nuts. Flatten to cover bottom of pan. Bake at 475 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

Layer Two:
Mix whipped topping with cream cheese. Beat in confectioners sugar until creamy. Spread over the first layer.

Layer Three:
Beat pudding and milk together for 2 minutes, then spread over the cheese layer.

Layer Four:
Spread whipped topping over top and chill. It may hasten chilling by placing pan in refrigerator between steps.
