Instructions: Preheat oven to 425F
Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Place flour, 12 tsp salt, and yeast in a food processor; pulse 2 times or until blended. With processor on , slowly add water and 1 Tbsp oil through food chute; process until dough forms a ball. Process an additional 45 seconds. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface; knead lightly 4 -5 times. Cover and let rest 30 min. Roll dough into a 14" circle on a lightly floured surface. Place dough on a baking sheet sprinkled with cornmeal. Crimp edges of dough with fingers to form a rim. Sprinkle feta cheese evenly over dough. Combine onions, leek, oregano, 1 Tbsp oil and /4 tsp salt; spread onion mixture evenly over pizza crust. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese; bake at 425F for 25 min or until crust is lightly browned.
