8 oz	baked ham cut match-sticks
4 oz	Swiss cheese cut match-sticks
2 cup	rigatoni or ziti pasta cooked, drained,
	and kept warm
3 x	scallions chopped
1 cup	sour cream
1/4 cup	orange juice
2 tbl	fruit chutney
2 tsp	Dijon-style mustard
2 tsp	horseradish
1 tsp	McCormick Brandy Extract
	Lettuce leaves for serving
1 x	orange peeled, and

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients except lettuce and orange. Toss well.

Line plates with lettuce leaves. Add salad and garnish with orange sections.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
