Instructions: Combine all ingredients except egg whites. Cook over low heat stirring frequently until thick. Pour into cooked pie shell & top with meringue.

Meringue:
Beat egg whites until they start to peak. Add sugar gradually while beating until all is used. Add vanilla. Spread over pie & bake in 350 degree oven until lightly browned.
