Instructions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream together Crisco, butter, and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift flour; measure after sifting. Sift together dry ingredients; sift several times until cocoa is well-blended with flour. Add dry ingredients and milk alternately to sugar/egg mixture. Add vanilla; mix well. Bake in a tube or Bundt pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Remove cake from oven: let sit in the pan for 10 minutes before removing to a rack to cool completely.
