3 tbl Oil
1/2 cup Onions, thinly sliced
1 lb Frankfurters, cut into 1/2 inch slices
2 cup Hot cooked rice
1/2 cup Water
11 oz Condensed cream of mushroom soup
Instructions:
Instructions: Prep: 10 min, Cook: 15 min.

Preheat oven to 350 F. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Saute onions 4-5 minutes, until tender. Add franks and brown lightly. Stir in next 3 ingredients and salt and pepper to taste. Cook 3 minutes, until heated through. Transfer to a baking dish, top with cheese and bake 10-15 minutes.
