Instructions: Combine meat, bread crumbs, E. Milk, onion, eggs and salt in a large bowl; mix well. Shape mixture into 1 1/4 inch balls. Place in single layer in 10x15x1/4 inch jelly roll pan. Bake in hot oven (500) 12 to 15 minutes.
Drain; cool. divide meatballs in half, wrap well; freeze. Makes about 65 small meatballs. Email this Recipe:
