Instructions: Mix flour, salt, baking powder, and shortening until crumbly. Combine slightly beaten egg yolks with sugar, lemon juice, and enough cold water to fill cup. Mix well with flour mixture. Divide in 6 pieces. Wrap.
Freeze. Take out needed amount; put in refrigerator overnight. In morning, take out 1 hour before using. Makes 3 to 4 two crust pies. Email this Recipe:
