Instructions: Peppers can be frozen easily and revived for stir-fries, soups, stews, pasta sauces or rice dishes for months to come. When freezing peppers, select crisp, tender, green or bright-red pods. Wash, cut out the stems and remove the seeds. Freeze whole, as halves, strips or diced. Do not blanch. Peppers can be packed into can-or-freeze jars or plastic freezer boxes.
