6 cup Tart apples peel/thin slice
1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg
1/4 cup Skim milk
2 tbl Margarine softened
3 x Egg whites or 1/2 cup
1 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Bisquick reduced fat baking mix
----------------- streusel ----------------
1 cup Bisquick reduced fat baking mix
1/2 cup Chopped nuts
1/3 cup Packed brown sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Heat oven to 350F. Grease 13x9x2" baking dish. Prepare Streusel; reserve. Spread apples in dish.

2. Beat remaining ingredients in blender on high speed 15 seconds; with hand beater or wire whisk beat for 1 minute or until smooth. Pour over applies. Sprinkle with streusel.

3. Bake about 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool at least 10 minutes. 12-15 servings.
