Chopped parsley
Chopped chervil
Instructions:
Instructions: Blanche and peel the cardoon heads, complete the cooking in stock. Drain well, mix with olive oil vinaigrette and leave to cool. Scatter generously with chopped parsley, chervil and chives and serve chilled.
