Instructions: Beat egg whites until foamy. Add 1 cup sugar gradually until stiff peaks form. Crush crackers with baking powder. Fold in egg whites and add vanilla, vinegar, and nuts. Pour in greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool.
