Ingredients:

1 lb Chicken breasts, boned and skinned
2 tbl Sherry
2 tbl Margarine
Onion salt
Pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut the chicken into 1 inch cubes. Arrange in a single layer in a shallow flameproof dish. Pour sherry over chicken. Dot with margarine. Sprinkle with seasonings. Broil for about 10 minutes, turning once. Baste with pan juices several times while broiling.

servings.
