Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
4 x chicken livers
1/2 cup onions, medium
2 tbl olive oil
2 tbl butter
3 slc white bread
2 tbl parsley, chopped
salt, pepper
1 x eggs
Instructions:
Instructions: Dice onion and livers.

Saute liver and onion in olive oil and butter intil golden.

Add diced bread and finely chopped parsley and cook for a few minutes, stirring continously.

Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a bowl and allow to cool. Stir in beaten egg and white wine.

Use for roast chicen or turkey.
