Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients except chicken over medium heat. Cook, stirring, for 1 to 2 minutes, or until butter melts and ingredients are blended. Brush chicken with wine mixture and place breast-side up in a roasting pan. Roast for 1 1/2 hours, basting during cooking, or until the juices run clear and no pink remains.
