Instructions: Mix together the first 8 dry ingrdeints. stir in the ham. In another bowl combine wet ingredients.Pour into well in center of dry ingredients and mix quickly.
Spoon into muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake in a 375 oven until done and browned.12 to 14 muffins, main course type.esp. good at breakfast.Note:May want to cut down on salt as ham and dijon themselves tend to be salty. Email this Recipe:
