Instructions: In a mixing bowl cream 5 tablespoons butter and 1/2 cup sugar. Add egg and mix well. Add milk to mixture alternately with dry ingredients. Fill greased muffin cups to 1/2 full. Bake at 350F degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. While the muffins are hot, roll first in melted butter and then in a mixture of 3/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon.
