	Medium Loaf:
3/4 cup	Water
2 tsp	Honey
2 tsp	olive oil
2/3 tsp	Salt
2/3 tsp	Sugar
2 cup	bread flour

Instructions:

Instructions: Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into machine in order recommended by manufacturer. Select "French bread" and push Start.

Wonderful, slightly sweet French bread with a light, crispy crust.

Sylvias notes: great bread, and it really does have a slightly sweet taste! This is the ONLY sweet-tasting bread Ive been able to produce in my DAK!
