1 lb	Very lean ground beef
1/4 cup	Lowfat sweet n spicy french dressing
3/4 oz	Wheat germ
1/2 cup	Finely chopped onions
2 x	Egg whites
1/8 tsp	Pepper

Instructions:

Instructions: Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients, shape into a loaf and place on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour.
