2 x Doves per person
1 x Potato sliced
1 x Apple unpeeled, sliced
Salt to taste
Paprika to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Stuff doves with slices of raw potato and unpeeled apple. Sprinkle heavily with salt and paprika and allow to sit until they reach room temperature. Put into a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Remove birds; remove stuffing immediately. Let birds cool for 20 minutes. Stuff cavities with seedless grapes at room temperature. Wrap in foil to carry to picnic.
