Amount Ingredient
1 x egg, beaten
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cup diced rhubarb
2 tbl flour
----------------- TOPPING ----------------
1/4 cup flour
1/3 cup butter
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix first 5 ingredients together and put in an unbaked pie shell.

Topping:
Mix till crumbly and put on top of rhubarb mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes then at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
