Instructions: Combine well-drained beans, flour, 1 tbsp oil, water, garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Heat skillet; brush with oil. Spoon 1/4 cup batter at a time, spreading into a circle about 4" in diameter. Cook over medium heat until brown on bottom and dry on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese, if desired. Remove from griddle. Serve warm.
