Instructions: In a food processor, combine the graham crackers and walnuts and process until crushed and well ground. Place the mixture in a large bowl and set aside.
In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter and chocolate. Stir in the sugar and eggs and simmer, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Pour the egg mixture over the reserved cracker mixture and mix together well. Pat the mixture firmly into a 7 x 11-inch baking pan and frost with the icing. Chill for at least 1 hour. Serve.
