1 loaf egg bread thickly sliced
2 x cartons Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute
1 cup maple syrup
2 tbl skim milk
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix egg beaters with milk and add either cinnamon or vanilla extract for flavor. (About a tsp. or two.) In a baking pan, pour the syrup to cover the
entire bottom. Soak the bread in the egg mixture. Layer the bread on top of
the syrup. Pour the remaining egg mixture on top of the bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake in the morning at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Yum.

This recipe is virtually fat free except for the few grams of fat in the egg bread.

This recipe also calls for no oil.
