Instructions: Brown meat and stir in both packs of seasoning. Add beans and tomatoes and a cup of water. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Lower heat to medium and simmer a few hours uncovered. Add a splash of water when chili gets too thick, and simmer some more. After about thirty minutes, add a few shakes of cumin and chili powder, and repeat every thirty minutes. Before serving, splash some ketchup in to allow "mellowing" effects. Serve with tortilla chips and forget the silverware.
