Instructions: Cream shortening: add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add eggs; beat. Combine all dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Stir in apples, nuts and raisins. Pour into greased 9x13- inch pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
