Ingredients:

16 oz apricots, canned drained and chopped
1/2 cup Onion chopped
1/4 cup Apricot preserves
1 med Tomato chopped
1 tbl fresh cilantro chopped
1 tsp fresh ginger finely minced
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine; mix well. chill until serving time.

Makes 2 cups.
