5 cup fresh corn kernels
2 cup finely-chopped onion
1 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 tbl dry mustard
2 tbl celery seed
1 tbl salt plus
1 tsp salt
1 cup dark brown sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Place all ingredients in a stainless steel or enameled saucepan (do not use aluminum) and bring to a boil over high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, cover partially and simmer 20 minutes.

Ladle into hot, sterilized jars to 1/8-inch of the top. Seal.

This recipe yields makes 4 pints, and it is best stored in the refrigerator.
