Instructions: Brown bacon and drain. Into the bacon grease stir in the flour. Add cold water and blend until smooth and to gravy consistency. Add sugar, vinegar and salt to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes; allow to cool for a few minutes while slicing eggs and crumbling bacon. Pour cooked dressing over cut up dandelion greens and top with eggs and bacon. You may use fresh endive or spinach instead of dandelion greens.
