Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/2 cup Chopped fresh figs, (3/4 pounds)
Vegetable cooking spray
1 cup Firmly packed brown sugar
6 tbl All-purpose flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Plain low-fat yogurt
3/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
1/2 tbl Brandy
5 x Egg whites
Instructions:
Instructions: Place figs in a 2-quart baking dish coated with cooking spray; set aside.

Combine brown sugar and the next 6 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth.

Pour mixture over figs.

Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil; bake an additional 15 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool 5 minutes; sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Yield: 10 servings (serving
size: 1/2 cup).

NOTES : Clafouti is a country-French dessert that has a layer of fresh fruit with either a cakelike or a pudding topping.
