Instructions: Place all fruit in a bowl and mix in frozen orange juice concentrate. In a blender, combine yogurt, ricotta, ginger, cinnamon and vanilla. Portion the friut into dessert bowls, top each with yogurt-ricotta sauce and garnish with a walnut half.
