1/4 cup Skim Milk
1/2 cup Plain Lowfat Yogurt
1 tsp Orange Peel, grated
9 oz Vanilla Sugar-free instant
Pudding mix

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare and bake cake mix according to package directions. Cool completely in pan tipped on side on cooling rack.

Remove from pan. Tear into bite-sized pieces.=14 In medium bowl, combine milk, yogurt and orange peel; blend well. Add pudding mix; beat until well blended. Let stand 5 minutes.=14 In large serving bowl, layer half of the cake pieces, 1/3 of the fruit and half of the pudding mixture. Repeat layers. Arrange remaining fruit on top.
