Instructions: Blend sugar and cinnamon. Lightly spray both sides of tortillas with cooking spray; sprinkle with sugar mixture. Press each coated tortilla into 8 ounce custard cup to form a cup. Bake at 350 degrees f for 12 to 14 minutes or until lightly golden and crisp. Cool 5 minutes in cup. Remove from cups; cool completely on wire rack. Mix strawberries peaches raspberries honey and lemon juice. Scoop yogurt into tortilla cups top with fruit mixture and sliced almonds. Serve immediately.
