Instructions: Line a strainer with cheesecloth or a coffee filter and place over bowl; spoon yogurt into lined strainer and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 12 hours or until yogurt is reduced to 1 cup in volume and the consistency of soften cream cheese; discard liquid.
Transfer yogurt cheese to small bowl; mix in brown sugar and cocoa. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours for flavors to blend. Serve with fruit. Email this Recipe:
