Ingredients:

2 cup	Canned tomatoes, drained and roughly chopped
6 tbl	Finely diced fresh tomato
2 tbl	Red wine vinegar
2 tsp	Minced spanish onion
2 tbl	Fresh lime juice
2 tsp	Minced flat-leaf parsley
1 tsp	(heaping) coarse salt
1 x	Garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup	Water
1 tbl	Pickled jalapeno chile juice
2 tbl	Minced fresh chives
1 tsp	Finely diced serrano chile
1/4 cup	Ticed canned green chiles
6 tbl	Finely diced green bell pepper
1/4 tsp	Sugar
1 pch	Ground oregano

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all the ingredients in a ceramic or glass bowl. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Serve at room temperature.
