1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp grated ginger root
1/8 tsp chile oil - (to 1/4 tspn)
2 tsp chopped cilantro
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine mayonnaise, ginger root, chile oil, cilantro and vinegar in small dish. (Can be made 1 day ahead and refrigerated, covered airtight.) Serve chilled.

This recipe yields 1/2 cup.
