1/8 tsp baking soda
1 tbl grated grapefruit peel
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
2 x egg whites
1 tbl oil
Instructions:
Instructions: Place the ingredients in the bread pan in the order recommended by your machines manufacturer. Process on the White Bread cycle, Medium Crust setting.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
