Instructions: 1. Combine sugar & water in a saucepan and bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, simmer until sugar dissolves. Cool completely.
2. Add fresh lemon juice & lemon zest. 3. Pour into ice cube tray and freeze until solid. 4. Place the frozen cubes in blender and crush. 5. Pour into glasses. Serves 2. Serving Size (1/2 cup) Email this Recipe:
