Ingredients:

500 gm fresh mushrooms, Porcini, Swiss Brown, and others.
2 tsp minced garlic
1 x brown onion, chopped finely
2 tbl olive oil
1 tbl lemon juice
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup heavy cream, (optional)
1/2 cup finely chopped Italian parsley
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat the oil and add the finely chopped onion and garlic and cook until the onion is golden brown. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook over a low flame for 5 - 10 minutes, depending on the size of the mushroom pieces. Add the lemon juice and season to taste. Cook a further two minutes. Just before serving, add the cream and reheat gently without boiling. Mix through hot pasta and serve with plenty of parsley sprinkled on the top.
