1/2 cup butter or butter flavor shortening
1 cup sugar
2 x eggs
2 cup flour*
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup buttermilk
2 cup chopped fresh peaches
1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
Instructions: * 1 Cup regular flour and 1 cup bread flour

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease bottom and side of loaf pans. Mix all dry ingredients together and set aside.

Cream butter (or butter flavor shortening) and sugar together, add eggs. Mix dry ingredients to creamed mixture, add buttermilk. Add chopped peach, vanilla and nuts to creamed mixture. Pour into loaf pans and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until bread springs back when touched in the middle.
