Amount Ingredient
3 x peaches peeled, pitted and
chopped
2 x green onions chopped
1 x fresh hot chili pepper (optional) seeded and minced
1/4 cup cilantro chopped
1 tbl balsamic vinegar (or cider vinegar)
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and let sit for at least 30 mins to allow the flavours to blend. Incredible.

Yield: 2 cups
