2 cup	shredded red cabbage
2 cup	shredded romaine lettuce
3 x	Red Bartlett pears sliced
1 cup	shredded carrots - (abt 2 med)
1 x	green onion chopped
	Asian Sesame Dressing (see recipe)

Instructions:

Instructions: Toss together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, and drizzle with Asian Sesame Dressing, tossing gently to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired. Serve immediately.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
