Blend until smooth and cream. To complete now: Spoon into serving dish; refrigerate at least 15 minutes. Serve slightly chilled. To make ahead: Spoon into a 3-cup container with a tight-fitting lid. Refrigerate up to 3 to 4 days, depending on the ripeness of plums. Email this Recipe:
