Instructions: Grind pork in meat grinder. Chop mushrooms (pre-cook if fresh) and water chestnuts. Blend mushrooms and water chestnuts with pork and mix with crabmeat. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Roll mixture into small balls. Coat meatballs in flour. Beat egg and add 1 tablespoon water. Dip balls in egg and water mixture. Deep fry for 15 minutes. Use soy sauce for additional seasoning, if desired.
