1 x	poblano chili, seeded & veined, finely chopped
1 x	red jalapeno pepper, seeded & veined, finely chopped
2 x	yellow chilies, seeded & veined, finely chopped
2 x	serrano peppers, finely chopped
3 tbl	white onions, finely chopped
1 med	ripe tomato, finely chopped
1/2 cup	water
3 tbl	fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp	dried oregano

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl; season with salt to taste. Set aside to macerate for about 1 hour.
